The Easiest Appetizer Ever

Longer days have us eating dinner later, meaning there's plenty of time for an afternoon snack! Dips are my favorite way to keep a delicious snack on hand in the fridge for easy eating.

Made with simple ingredients readily found at your grocery store and in your pantry, this week's new recipe is whipped ricotta dip - one of the easiest appetizer recipes there is. It mixes up in minutes using a hand mixer or food processor, then just chill (optional) and serve.
