Recipes for Strawberry Season

Hi Reader!

Strawberry season has arrived in Michigan! For 10+ months each year our strawberries ripen on trucks enroute from warmer climates, but every June we're treated to local berries that have ripened on the vine.

Kiddo and I will no doubt pick way too many strawberries over the next few weeks, which means I'll be pulling out all of my favorite strawberry recipes to use those berries.

I have lots of strawberry recipes on my site, but the ones below are made with fresh berries so you can put those newly picked strawberries to immediate use.

My Top 5 Recipes with Fresh Strawberries

Apple and Strawberry Salsa

Don't skip making the cinnamon chips for this one!

Strawberry Syrup

Use it in lemonade, iced tea, cocktails, mocktails, or for homemade strawberry milk.

Strawberry Infused Vodka

Use this recipe to infuse vodka, gin, bourbon, Aperol or any other liquor with strawberries!

Fresh Strawberry Margaritas

Fresh lime juice and strawberries pair with blanco tequila for the best summer margarita.

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)

Toss some of those berries in the freezer, then blend up this delicious summer drink!
